Seminar: Understanding Core Stability

Last Jan. 10-12, 2014, St. Paul University Iloilo - College of Physical Therapy had a seminar on 'Understanding Core Stability: Update on Theories, Assessments and Treatments' and a tour on various rehabilitation centers (specifically, Philippine Heart Center and East Avenue Medical Center) in Manila.

Seminar: Southgate Mall

Hotel: The Atrium Hotel

Side trips: Trinoma, Greenhills, MOA, Star City

First Day:

6:05 AM flight via Cebu Pacific Air

Had breakfast at Burger King, NAIA

First stop was at East Avenue Medical Center

Then had lunch at Sir Boy's Food Republique

Next stop was at Philippine Heart Center, then went to Trinoma after for shopping time!

Finally checked in at our hotel, the Atrium Hotel

Second Day:

Seminar at Southgate Mall

After the Seminar, we went back to the hotel to change then off to Star City! It was actually my first time there.

Third Day:

My brother fetched me at the hotel then went to Greenhills and MOA.

6:45 PM flight back to Iloilo City
